Ordering Online:
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our customers that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. All our payments are processed through Worldpay, a world leader in safe payment processing. We do not see or hold any of your credit card details and these are sent via Worldpay with a completely secure encryption process.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Any cheque should be made payable to fairylove Ltd.
Prices:
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Occasional errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order. All our prices are shown in pounds sterling. A currency converter is available in the shop but all payments can only be taken in pounds sterling.
Delivery Information:
We aim to ship your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. Often though we post the item on the same day. Please note that from May until September each year, we are out of the office a lot, taking our stall to the UK summer festivals, therefore it will take us longer than usual to despatch orders. In these months, please allow at least 5 to 7 working days for your order to reach you. Items are sent by 1st class post, so delivery times are kept to a minimum. If you require something urgently contact us by phone and we can arrange a special delivery next day if at all possible. We will telephone you to advise if an item is out of stock, and we will back-order this for you or provide a refund for the value of the missing goods.
Shipping Rates:
With the exception of fairy wings all UK shipping is set at 3.50 pounds.

Return / Refund Policy:
We want you to feel 100% satisfied with any goods you receive from us, and we offer a 7 day no-quibble guarantee.
We are more than happy to accept returns posted at your expense, and if judged solely by us to be in the same condition as when despatched and returned using the same packaging from us we offer a full refund. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Complaints:
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly, confidentially, and effectively.
