"As If By Magic!"

This course is where Fairylove meets the world of women in the workplace! We invite you to bring your all female group or team for a 3 day extravaganza. This is a team building course with a huge difference! Forget planks and barrels, forget abseiling, and most of all forget brainstorming with flipcharts!

Do think dressing up, do think glitter, fluff and sparkle, do think fizz-bang sessions, and above all, do think challenging yourself and your team in ways that you can only have dreamt of before.

“As If By Magic” is our invitation for you to bring your team to fairyland; a place where magic happens, wishes do come true, and a place where you and your team can dare to fly free!

Imagine rediscovering all the joys of how you used to see the world through the eyes of childhood. A place where creativity flows, fun and laughter are in abundance, and most of all, a place where you can remember how good it feels just to be back in the playground and embarking on a glorious and colourful adventure.

The course is run by Jason & Shelley fairy at their Fairylove HQ in the wilds of the Herefordshire countryside. They have been helping people to get their wings for over 10 years. At Glastonbury festival in 2005 Fairylove beat off 800 other stalls to win “Best Stall”, awarded for their personification of the Glastonbury spirit.

Jason has been in turns philosopher, personal trainer, business manager, wing maker and entrepreneur. He has dedicated his working life to engaging with peoples’ creative potential. Shelley has been the inspiration to thousands of women worldwide. She has been the queen of dress-ups on the UK festival scene, and is in every sense of the word a fashion and trend setter. She is an innovator of all things fairy and is the cornerstone of Fairylove’s creative success.

Using the 16th century country house as a base, we guarantee this will be a true voyage of discovery.

During the course your team will get dressed up in, and will dress others in full fairy regalia. They will participate in a fairy photo shoot. They will go out on a “fairy raid” and engage an unsuspecting public audience dressed as fairies. They will learn about the power of positive affirmation through a series of self-reflective vision exercises and wishing ceremonies. And just for good measure they will take part in a harmonised “Sing Like There’s No Tomorrow” workshop!

All of these activities and provocative workshops (actually we prefer ‘play times’) will be made directly relevant to a corporate setting. Particular focus will be made of;

Building a dynamic and emotionally integrated team.
Self esteem and body issue management.
Positive thinking and finding creative solutions.
Overcoming blocks in communication.
Personal confidence and risk taking.
Developing a vision.
